If you purchase the four weeks/8 of workouts, you must complete all eight exercises. If you miss a day for whatever reason within the four weeks, the training will not be rolled over into the next Phase as a credit for skipping a workout. It’s your responsibility to check your schedule for the next four weeks. If you are unsure of your schedule, you can purchase a three-week, and you can always buy a Drop-In worst-case scenario. All purchased workouts must be completed at the end of the last date for each Phase of Training.
